IT equipment rental guide
How renting laptops, desktops, servers and other IT equipment works, from choosing configurations to returning devices.
1. Decide what you need
List the number of devices, the work they will be used for, and any software that must be installed. For laptops, office work runs well on an i3 or i5 with 8 to 16 GB RAM and an SSD. Design, development and data work need an i7 or a graphics laptop.
2. Choose the rental period
Rentals can be daily for events, weekly for training, or monthly and yearly for offices. Longer periods reduce the monthly rate. You can extend any rental before it ends.
3. Share documents
Businesses usually share GST registration, company PAN and the ID of the person signing. Individuals share ID and address proof. A refundable deposit may apply.
4. Delivery and setup
In Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai we deliver and set up the equipment. Outside Mumbai, devices are shipped ready to use. Check each device when it arrives and report any issue right away.
5. During the rental
Use the equipment with normal care. If a device fails, call us and we repair or replace it. Do not install unlicensed software or open the hardware.
6. Return
Back up your data before the end date. We collect the equipment, check it and securely erase all data before it is rented again. Your deposit is refunded after inspection.
